L'Humaniste Extrême, composed by Sidonie Lancesseur, is the deeper version of L'Humaniste. The same sparkling opening of citrus, cardamom and pepper leads to a heart of nutmeg, patchouli and quince, and tolu balsam, tonka and moss give a warm, balsamic base.

L'Humaniste Extrême is what happens when the gin and tonic gives way to a digestif. The quince is beautiful: sweet, slightly tart and golden, and the tolu balsam gives a creamy depth.
