Inspiration
Bonne Chauffe refers to the second distillation of cognac, the moment the heart of the eau-de-vie is collected. Davana and Madagascan black pepper open warm and fruity, oak wood, wheat absolute and black plum form a heart reminiscent of the cask, and patchouli, cedar, benzoin and vetiver give a deep, resinous base.

The Signature of Bonne Chauffe
An opening of davana and black pepper sets the tone. At the heart, oak wood, wheat absolute and black plum unfold, before patchouli, Virginia cedar, siam benzoin and vetiver give the scent a lasting, warm finish.
What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
For us, Bonne Chauffe captures exactly what makes niche perfumery special: a rich, artisanal scent with a clear signature. On the skin the scent opens with davana and black pepper, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then oak wood and wheat absolute take over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into patchouli and Virginia cedar, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best in autumn and winter, on cool evenings and at dinner. A scent for lovers of oak, plum and cognac scents.
