Description

Etruscan Water

Inspiration
Etruscan Water draws on Francesca Bianchi's memories of her youth in Tuscany: the hidden bays in the south of the region, once the land of the Etruscans, reached by a walk through woods full of Mediterranean vegetation. The sun warms the skin while the salty sea refreshes. It is also her tribute to the classic citrus cologne with strong character.

Fragrance Family
Chypre, citrus and spicy

The Olfactive Composition
Main notes: Bergamot, green tangerine, grapefruit, petitgrain, basil, caraway, immortelle, jasmine, iris root, musk, ambergris, labdanum, vetiver, oakmoss

Perfumer
Francesca Bianchi

The Signature of Etruscan Water
A sparkling opening of bergamot, green tangerine and grapefruit turns spicy with basil and caraway. Immortelle, jasmine and orris root give a sunny, lightly powdery heart, after which ambergris, labdanum, vetiver and oakmoss form a warm, salty chypre base.

What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
We see Etruscan Water as a scent for those who love fresh, sunny perfumes with a story. On the skin we notice how bergamot and green tangerine set the tone in the first hour, after which basil and caraway slowly come forward. After several hours mainly musk and ambergris remain, close to the skin and ever more personal. We like to wear it best in spring and summer, during the day and on warm evenings. A scent for those seeking a citrus scent with character and Mediterranean warmth.
