The Story of the Brand
David Benedek grew up surrounded by fragrance: his grandmother Edith Benedek helped bring some of the greatest Parisian perfumes of the twentieth century to life. From that heritage he founded BDK Parfums, a contemporary Parisian house with its own boutique at 312 Rue Saint-Honoré. Each fragrance tells a Parisian story, from the quays and Pigalle to the gardens of the Palais-Royal.
The Signature of the House
BDK works with renowned perfumers such as Mathilde Bijaoui, Violaine Collas, Amélie Bourgeois and Cécile Matton, and with precious raw materials of known origin. The bottles are timeless: clear glass with a black or gold cap and a clean white label, made in France.
Collections
The Collection Parisienne gathers the bestsellers Gris Charnel, Pas ce Soir, Rouge Smoking, Bouquet de Hongrie, 312 Saint-Honoré and Impadia, some also as Extrait de Parfum. The Collection Matières, with golden caps, revolves around raw materials: Tubéreuse Impériale, Crème de Cuir, Velvet Tonka, Tabac Rose, Vanille Leather, Ambre Safrano, Oud Abramad, Nuit de Sable, Vanille Caviar and French Bouquet. The Collection Azur, with Citrus Riviera, Villa Néroli and Sel d'Argent, celebrates the Mediterranean.
