Inspiration
Angelo di Fiume means angel of the river. Linari calls the scent as ethereal and sensual as an angel. It was composed by Mark Buxton, the German-English perfumer based in Paris, known for his mystical and sometimes provocative creations.

The Signature of Angelo di Fiume
A gourmand of opulent fruity notes: wild cherries, raspberries, Italian orange and bergamot. They melt into floral accords of ylang-ylang, rose leaves and jasmine, rounded off with sweet caramel. The base seduces with Madagascan vanilla, smooth sandalwood and Siamese benzoin, flattered by white musk and patchouli.

Angelo di Fiume is one of Linari's best sellers in our shop, and we understand why. The cherry is juicy and dark, not like candy but like a fresh cherry with its stone. Then everything melts into caramel and vanilla, with benzoin as a warm, resinous underlayer. It is sweet but has structure. We wear it on cold evenings and to dinner, as it leaves a beautiful trail.
