A Utaki is a sacred grove. Orens drew on these quiet places for a scent that brings serenity: precious gaharu buaya from Borneo and cedarwood, heightened by a touch of oud, rare timut pepper and saffron.

To us Utaki Sacré smells like a temple just after the incense has gone out. The timut pepper is surprisingly fresh, almost like grapefruit peel, so the wood never feels oppressive. The gaharu is soft and dry, with a lightly sweet edge from the amyris. We wear it on cold days and at moments when we want to slow down. A scent for lovers of incense and wood who seek something quiet and dignified.
