Thé Amara grew from the image of a quiet morning walk between the rows of a tea plantation. Van Cleef & Arpels hoped to capture the calm of that moment, the hour when dew still rests on the leaves.

Thé Amara is our Monday-morning scent. The peppermint wakes you up without stinging and the bergamot adds a cheerful, bright tone. Then it turns soft and musky, with something reminiscent of a cup of green tea. It is pleasant on warm days and for those who prefer to wear nothing conspicuous at work. We like taking it on spring holidays; it suits mornings with the windows open.
