For us, Tears on Mystic Sands captures exactly what makes niche perfumery special: a poetic, warm scent with a clear signature. On the skin the scent opens with mandarin and bergamot, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then rose oil and freesia take over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into musk and leather, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best all year round, during the day and at the office. A scent for lovers of rose with lychee and incense.
