The aldehydes give Taif Aoud a classic, almost soapy sheen on spraying. Geranium, Grasse jasmine, ylang-ylang, clove bud and cassis join the rose, colouring it spicy and fruity. The base of patchouli, oud, benzoin, vanilla, frankincense, labdanum and musk brings smoke, resin and a sweet warmth.

We find Taif Aoud one of the finest rose and oud pairings there is. The rose is bright and juicy thanks to the cassis, and the oud stays elegantly in the background.
