Sun Ice always makes us smile, because it smells exactly like its name: a pistachio ice cream with a crunchy piece of apple. The blackcurrant in the opening stops it from becoming too sweet. In the heart the toffee is clearly there, then it softens and turns woodier with cedar and vanilla. It has a friendly presence and lasts long. We wear it on warm evenings, on a terrace or during a city stroll.
