Shadid wears like desert heat after sunset, where silence feels charged and every detail becomes more intense. It opens with a bold, dry spice: coriander adds an aromatic edge while castoreum brings a leathery, animalic pull. Then nagarmotha, also known as cypriol, takes the spotlight, smoky, woody and slightly earthy, evoking an oud like depth without becoming heavy. In the heart, polished rosewood adds darkness and sheen, wrapped in animalic musks that make the scent feel alive on skin. The dry down turns warmer and more refined: creamy sandalwood, dry cedarwood and a restrained touch of vanilla create lift and elegance, while ambergris adds a subtle salty luxury glow. Shadid is Tauer in a mature nocturnal mood, intense, characterful and long lasting.
