The name means new sap, and that is how it feels: as if everything is just beginning to grow. We find the opening wonderfully energetic, that pink pepper with grapefruit instantly wakes you up. Then comes the champaca, a flower you rarely smell, creamy and slightly fruity, with water pepper adding a green sharpness. The base of cashmere wood and labdanum is warm without turning heavy. A lovely scent to start the day with, at the office too. We recommend it to lovers of spicy woods looking for something not sold on every corner.
