Why do we ask for a reservation fee?
At ParfuMaria we work exclusively by appointment for your Private Shopping Experience. You can reserve this Private Shopping Experience with a booking fee of €25 per reservation. This amount will be fully deducted from your order at the time of purchase. Should you decide not to make a purchase, we will retain €15 as a contribution for the reserved time and personal service, and you will receive €10 back. This way, we can continue offering our clients the attention and exclusive experience they deserve, while your deposit will always be fully applied to your purchase.
Of course, you may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge, provided this is done at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, your reservation fee will be fully refunded. Should you not attend your appointment, the fee will be retained as coverage for the costs of the reserved time.
