It opens sparkling and aromatic, like walking past lemon and orange trees and pots of Mediterranean herbs, with a subtle marine salty edge that instantly evokes the shoreline. Then it turns smoother and more comforting, with lavender keeping the profile crisp and refined while a hay accord adds that golden, sun soaked warmth.
