Inspiration
Sospeso draws on an old Neapolitan custom: whoever is happy pays for two coffees, one for themselves and one for a stranger who comes in later. That caffè sospeso is a small gesture of humanity. Panama 1924 turned it into a scent that feels just as warm-hearted and generous.

Sweet orange, bergamot and juicy mirabelle plum carry a green accent, fresh as a morning at the bar. Then a rich bouquet unfolds of freesia, jasmine, magnolia and Damask rose. The base is soft and full, with sandalwood, cedar, a hint of oud, vetiver and patchouli, rounded off with vanilla and musk.

We almost always tell the story behind Sospeso in the shop, because it suits the scent so well. It feels generous and open, with fruit and flowers that instantly lift your mood. Yet the base of sandalwood and a touch of oud makes it grown-up and warm. We find it very wearable for women and men alike, during the day and on a long evening with friends. A scent you share with pleasure, and that is exactly the point.
