Oud Imperial evokes a walk through a humid South East Asian forest where rare Aquilaria trees hide their precious resin. It opens with an intriguing blend of jasmine and cumin, floral yet instantly dark and spicy. Then a smoky, contemplative heart rises with incense, patchouli, saffron and papyrus, like woods and resins slowly glowing in the dusk. In the dry down, it becomes even more magnetic with sandalwood, natural oud, cedarwood, labdanum, vetiver and birchwood. This is not a sweet oud, but a refined, resinous and sensual oud with true presence.

Voor liefhebbers van stevige geuren is dit een heerlijke draagbare oud. Geen dierlijke trekjes maar een goede combinatie van hout tonen en aardse noten zoals patchouli, vetiver en sandelwood.
Deze geur heeft een goede longevity en een goed sillage.
Als je als vrouw van exotische geuren houdt is dit zeker een sample waard.
