Obscurus is the path through the selva oscura, the dark wood where Dante loses his way at the start of the Divina Commedia. The house calls it a chant in the half-light: an energetic composition of incense and davana, warm as a forest in spring.

For us Obscurus is the perfect introduction to incense. It is dark in name but surprisingly airy in character, with orange and pine needles keeping things fresh. The davana adds a slightly fruity, almost buttery tone that lends the incense warmth. We wear it on autumn walks and in town, with a long coat. A wood scent that radiates calm without ever becoming gloomy.
