Moonlight Ceremony moves us with its balance between olibanum and leather wood: refined, without ever becoming loud. On the skin the scent opens with olibanum and opoponax, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then black tea and birch tar take over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into leather wood and labdanum, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best in autumn and winter, on cool evenings and at dinner. A scent for lovers of incense and smoky tea.
