Moko

Inspiration
Moko comes from the Slavic myths and gods series. She is the mother of the marsh, living beneath still waters where leafless willows grieve. Raspberry, a watery accord, fig leaf and akigalawood open. Lily of the valley, salicylate and cedarwood form a cool heart. Sandalwood, ambroxan and oakmoss give a woody ground.

Moko is the most mysterious of the myths. We expected something dark from a marsh goddess, but it is light, cool and dreamy. The raspberry is watery and soft, the fig leaf brings a green milkiness, and akigalawood adds a spicy woodiness that keeps the opening interesting. In the heart we smell lily of the valley, wet and bright, as if plucking a flower from a pond. Then it turns mossy and woody. It wears easily, by day or at the office, yet stays special. A scent for lovers of fig and wood seeking something poetic.
