Inspiration
A misqaal is an old measure for gold and precious spices. The story is set where Europe and Asia meet: an artisan makes exactly one misqaal of perfume for an enigmatic princess. She is charming and feminine, but anyone who looks closely sees that she can also be dangerous.

Misqaal has a mischievous streak we did not quite expect. The anise gives a sweet, almost liquorice-like wink, and the geranium creates a green, rosy tension. Then it grows ever drier and woodier, until vetiver and cedar give the whole composition a straight spine. It wears strongly and lasts easily into the evening. We picture it on women who love a dark, self-assured perfume, but honestly the men on our team borrow it regularly too. Ideal for a dinner, a concert or an evening when you want to stand out just a little more.
