Inspiration
For perfumer Jordi Fernández, melon was always there: in Spain it sat on the table all summer, in thick wedges, juice running down his hands. Years later, he found melon again at night markets in Southeast Asia, where the heat of the day still hung in the air between flowers, smoke and fruit under single hanging light bulbs. The same sweetness as home, but heavier, juicier and more decadent. Melón Malo is for those who never really grew up and feel most alive at night.

The Signature of Melón Malo
The scent opens with the whimsy of green honeydew melon, sparkling with the courage of candied ginger. A sharp heat cuts through the dew, while mandarin and cinnamon bark bring a fleeting warmth. Then Bulgarian rose reveals herself, with rose petals bleeding into red berries and patchouli, stripping the fruit of its airiness and giving it a grounded, textured intimacy. In the base, a dark alliance of oud and Georgywood, with cistus, leather and musk, anchors the sweetness. What lingers is an unbreakable contrast between luminous melon and dark depth.
