For us, Love Is Lost is a scent with a quiet confidence of its own: romantic, refined and understated. On the skin the scent opens with Calabrian bergamot and neroli, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then Bulgarian rose and Egyptian geranium take over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into amber and oakmoss, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best all year round, during the day and at the office. A scent for lovers of rose with a classic chypre signature.
