Inspiration
At the start of the house stood an instinctive wish to honour the enveloping scent of patchouli, a raw material that stood for mystery and the unknown. In 1970 a perfume built on a single raw material was revolutionary, and Le Patchouli became the signature of Reminiscence.

The Signature of Le Patchouli
The liqueur-like, woody patchouli unfolds fully. Cedar and sandalwood extend it. A resinous, ambery base makes it powerful and warm.

Le Patchouli is a legend, and rightly so. For more than fifty years it has smelled exactly as it should: earthy, warm, slightly sweet and utterly self-assured. We often hear customers say their mother wore it, and that they are now discovering it themselves. The sillage is huge, so one or two sprays are enough. It belongs with denim and silk, with autumn and with every day you want to be yourself.
