Inspiration
Jany was Antoine’s daughter and loved baking tarte tatin above all, in a garden in high summer, around the children’s afternoon snack. Her scent carries the memory of her cakes, madeleines and biscuits, an unprecedented childhood pastry.

In our salon, Jany stands out for its interplay of ceylon cinnamon and walnut: elegant and full of nuance. On the skin the scent opens with baked apple and peach, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then ceylon cinnamon and puff pastry take over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into walnut and caramel, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best in autumn and winter, on cool evenings and at dinner. A scent for lovers of pastry scents with fruit and cinnamon.
