Isola Snow

Inspiration
Isola Snow invites you on an olfactive escape to a luxurious winter retreat in a frosty, mountainous landscape. Perfumer Antoine Cotton began by creating a custom snowflake accord, inspired by icy minerals and dry aromatic woods, that evokes a radiant, crystalline snowy landscape. Rhubarb, bergamot and peppermint bring the crisp mountain air, and a prominent note of cypress recalls evergreen trees covered in snow.

The Signature of Isola Snow
Isola Snow is the only wintry Isola, and you can hear it in the structure. Hedione and peppermint give coolness and air, the snowflake accord a mineral sheen. In the heart, pear, lily of the valley, rose and the molecule Hivernal create a fresh, watery floralcy. The base of orris, rosewood, Cashmeran, sandalwood and Ambroxan is soft and woolly, like a warm jumper after a day in the snow.

What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
We find Isola Snow a beautifully unusual scent: fresh, but not summery. The peppermint and snow accord feel almost cold on spraying, then the pear appears and it softens. In the drydown a clean, woolly wood with iris remains, very elegant. We reach for it most in winter, on clear frosty days and on ski holidays. Ideal for whoever wants to wear freshness in the cold months too.
