In our salon, In Extremis stands out for its interplay of osmanthus and vetiver: elegant and full of nuance. On the skin the scent opens with galbanum and angelica, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then osmanthus and magnolia take over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into vetiver and leather oud, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best on autumn and winter evenings, for a special occasion. A scent for those seeking a smoky, artistic scent with depth.
