We see Grande Île as a scent for those who love sensual, comforting perfumes with a story. On the skin the scent opens with black pepper and pink pepper, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then Bourbon vanilla takes over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into cedar and patchouli, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best in autumn and winter, on cool evenings and at dinner. A scent for lovers of vanilla with a spicy edge.
