Dark is AKRO’s chocolate fragrance. Dark chocolate is something you only truly appreciate as you grow older: a small decadence on a par with great coffee or red wine, carrying you back to the mountains of South America.

The Signature of Dark
Cocoa powder opens dry and bittersweet. Cinnamon bark and hazelnut give the heart a warm, nutty spiciness, before vanilla rounds the chocolate and makes it soft.

Dark is, for us, a scent that reveals itself slowly, with a dark, warm character that lingers. On the skin the scent opens with cocoa powder, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then cinnamon bark and hazelnut take over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into vanilla, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best in autumn and winter, on cool evenings and at dinner. A scent for lovers of dark chocolate and warm spice.
