The opening of Black Noir is sharp and aromatic: two kinds of pepper against the cool clarity of lavender. In the heart, Cambodian oud and Cuban tobacco appear, smoky and dark, softened by an unexpected tiare blossom. Tonka, vanilla, grey amber and vetiver give the base a warm, dry depth that lasts long on the skin.
