Black Imperial moves us with its balance between bergamot and Indonesian patchouli: refined, without ever becoming loud. On the skin the scent opens with bergamot and parma violet, bright and inviting during the first half hour. Then velvet rose takes over and the composition reveals its true character. After three to four hours it settles into Indonesian patchouli and amber, a soft, personal finish that lingers well into the day on skin and clothing. We like to wear it best on autumn and winter evenings, for a special occasion. A scent for lovers of violet, rose and patchouli.
