The Signature of Black Guava
The opening is juicy and radiant: guava, spiced with cardamom and the bright peel of Madagascar mandarin. At the heart, the floral elegance of rose, peony and geranium is slowly consumed by oud, placing sweet and smoky side by side. In the base, earthy patchouli, smoky cypriol and the animalic glow of grey amber form a brooding, resinous foundation. As an Extrait Extrême, it holds 55 to 62% perfume oil and matures for three months in Onggi, traditional Korean pottery, giving it a dense, velvety texture.
