Inspiration
Balsamir celebrates the resins and balsams carried along caravan routes since antiquity, once worth more than gold. Perris Monte Carlo chose Somali myrrh as its centre and surrounded it with everything sticky, warm and precious.

The Signature of Balsamir
Myrrh opens bitter and smoky, mandarin and pink pepper lift it. Opoponax, labdanum and davana make the heart sweet, fruity and resinous. Cedar, Tolu balsam, fir balsam and tonka give a deep, enveloping base.

What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
Balsamir is for us Perris's ultimate winter scent. It smells like a church on Christmas Eve, but with a bowl of mandarins on the table. The davana adds something fruity and liqueur-like that makes the myrrh less austere. We wear it from November to February, with thick wool coats and long evenings. The sillage is generous and clings to clothing, so one or two sprays are enough. A recommendation for lovers of resins and smoke.
