The Signature of Aoud Extraordinaire
The top notes read like a fruit bowl: bergamot, mandarin and grapefruit alongside apple, pear, mango, peach, plum and pineapple. That abundance is kept in check by a bright floral heart of lily of the valley, orange blossom, transparent jasmine and heliotrope. In the base, candyfloss and toffee melt together with agarwood, leather and vetiver. The effect is oud that smiles: the wood remains present but wears a sweet, sunny sheen.
