The inspiration comes to me whilst I am walking slowly in a religious procession in Puglia, completely dazed between the scent and the warmth of the flowers and the crowds, between the sacred essences and other ones, more wordly, together with the red fire of the sacred vestments and the candle lights. And it is here in this very moment that the inspiration for the new perfume comes to me. An intangible feeling, followed by a flutter of great emotion. Holy Souls is here, with me. I feel it and I can already see it. I let myself go and its notes come to me, just as if I were writing a song. Holy Souls is a prayer, a perfume dedicated to us all, to our rosary beads, our saints, our faiths and to our many great hopes.
