Orange blossom and almond open light and sweet. Iris, jasmine, heliotrope and ylang-ylang make the heart powdery and floral. Tolu and Peru balsam, tonka, vanilla, musk and a thread of oud give the warm, lasting base.

Almond Harmony reminds us of an old powder compact on a grandmother's dressing table, freshened up. The orange blossom makes the opening cheerful; then comes the heliotrope with that typical almond powder you can almost taste. The oud is barely there, more a warm shadow beneath the balsams. It lasts on skin until evening, and on a wool scarf much longer. We like wearing it on cool days, with a cup of tea and a good book.
