Inspiration
With 21, everything revolves around the meeting of opposites: white purity against deep mystery. Costume National asked perfumer Juliette Karagueuzoglou to let the candour of milk collide with spices and precious woods, so that richness and simplicity merge into a single powerful character. The white bottle, a glass rendering of Ennio Capasa's sculpture, embodies that absolute purity.

The Signature of 21
21 opens milky and soft, brightened by bergamot and orange blossom, while saffron immediately adds a warm glow. In the heart, royal jelly, olibanum and black pepper appear: spicy, lightly smoky and surprisingly sensual. The base is generous and long-lasting, with cashmeran, oud, labdanum, tonka and vanilla embracing the creamy opening in a velvety, woody sillage.
What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
For us, 21 is one of the most original fragrances of the house. The milk makes it skin-close and soft, the spices and oud give it depth. A scent for those seeking warmth without sweetness, at its most beautiful on cool days.
