Information for Shipping and Delivery
To ensure safe transportation we ship exclusively in insured packages only with the Dutch Post (Post NL) Please note that you have to sign for your order personally. Our shipping companies always try to deliver only 1 time. In case you missed the delivery you will have to call local for pick up your parcel at a special location where your parcel will be waiting for you for max 3 days. If you do not pick up your parcel it will be returned to us. Please note that all returning costs and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

We try to offer all products within approximately 1-14 working days after receipt of your order  to Post NL or DHL. The transmission occurs according to the General Conditions for (Dedicated Postal) of Post Nl or DHL, which are mentioned on their terms.
We ship worldwide. The shipping options abroad and the resulting costs can be selected and checked before placing your order in the shopping cart system. For shipping terms, please refer to the table shown below:

How can I order?
Ordering and Payment:
After ordering you will receive an email confirmation as soon as possible. This order confirmation includes the purchase price of your product (s) + contribution for shipping, this is also your invoice. In case you do not receive an order confirmation after ordering, than you can indicate this by sending an e-mail to ParfuMaria offers the following safe and reliable online payment methods:

• IDEAL (online payment via Postbank, Rabobank, ING Bank or ABN AMRO) or Creditcard with PayPal
• Transfer bank / giro: with this (offline) transfer, payment has to be met within 5 days after the order date, then the order will be shipped. All orders will be sent by us with TNT Parcel Post. Through dispatch by parcel post we limit the risk of loss, damage or theft during shipment of your order.

When products are not in a good condition you can claim only the same day when the order is delivered. 
Please check your box on the outside when it will be delivered because and do not accept it when it is damaged. Or open it in front of the courier. We cannot acdept claims when a box is accepted with damage by a customer. Claiming afterwards that something is damaged or missing will not be honoured by ParfuMaria. It is your own risk when you do not check your box in front of the courier. Once the box is opened and the courier is gone we cannot prove anything anymore.
When there is a damage please sent us pictures. When an order is arrived but damaged we need some time to solve the problem. 

After shipping problems like:loss, theft, broken order. ParfuMaria has the right to ship the same product again.
g.The shipping costs for sending and returning and administration costs for returned orders from not accepting by the customer will be deducted from the amount you have as a credit from ParfuMaria.

We only send parcels with parcel post so that each packet can be identified. We cannot sent parcels to PO BOXES!

Your product not received / missing?
A: The customer is responsible for keeping an eye on his tracking code. Here you can see when your package will be delivered. If you are not at home, 1 more delivery attempt will be made. If this does not work, your package will be held for you at a pick-up point for a maximum of one week. You have the obligation to collect your package. If you do not the parcel will be returned to us. The return costs are charged to the customer.

B: Has your package not been delivered to you 7 days after the planned track and trace date or do you think your package is missing? You must then inform us within 7 days so that we can start an investigation with the carrier. If you only do this after 7 days, your right to an investigation will lapse and your right to compensation for the missing  parcel will lapse.

Important about VAT
When shipping to countries where VAT is not charged, the VAT is also omitted from the shipping costs and only the NET amount will be shown.

If a parcel is not allowed by customs or destroyed it will be your responsibility and we do not refund or resend such an order when it is destroyed by customs. A customer needs to know regulations from his own country. 

For customers from the United Kingdom please note that custome fees will be charged due to the Brexit regulations. If you ignore this, your package will be destroyed by customs or returned to us at a cost. these costs are for your expenses.

Products may, within 14 days after receipt, be returned if unopened and undamaged after you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, exclusively by e-mail, in which e-mail you have informed us that you have one or more items from your order that will be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you would like to return, cancel or exchange your purchase. The shipping costs of the original shipment are non-refundable. 

Goods purchased with a discount can not be returned. Included testers or samples.

ParfuMaria reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only a portion of the amount already paid, if the received item is not returned in original condition. Where appropriate, ParfuMaria will always contact the customer.
ParfuMaria will receive packages that are returned unstamped,  but the postage will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The returning costs  to return your order are at your own expenses. We also charge an administration fee of € 3.99. These costs are charged to us by payment companies. This amount will be deducted from your return payment.

Once your package has been received by us in good condition, the purchase amount and administration fee will be refunded to you within 7 working days.
When you refuse an order the costs back and forth will be charged and administration costs as well! These costs will also be charged when your shipment was paid by ParfuMaria as said: free shipment.
