The incense is brief and bright, after which everything revolves around a smooth amber with oud that caresses rather than overwhelms. We find the musk makes it very wearable, even for those who normally avoid oud. Layered over Fantôme d'Amour, the rose gains a lovely nocturnal depth. An elegant oud for those who like to keep it subtle and refined.
