Paulie Pocket was founded in 2017 by Jolan Ruiter. She is the owner to this day and is closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business. What started as a very small company has now grown into a jewelery label with an enormous online reach and more than 75 points of sale worldwide. Jolan is nicknamed Paulie. In addition, the first plan was to start selling bags, hence Pocket. This is how the name Paulie Pocket came about.
The love for statement earrings has grown into a collection full of diversity in which women empowerment is paramount! Owner Jolan Ruiter designs the statement creations of which the majority of the collection is handmade by 150 ladies in the studio in South America.

The studio grows every month and we are very proud of that because these ladies can generate their own income with this. Unfortunately, education has not been an option for many of them and this means that the opportunities are not there for the taking. We hope that we can create jobs in this way for a long time to come and thus contribute to a world in which women can be confident and independent..
