The Story of the Brand
It began in the 1950s in Naples, where Mr. Nappo made essences in a small laboratory, not from standard formulas but with a craftsman’s devotion. His son Luigi grew up there and wanted more: to capture the exotic worlds of Emilio Salgari’s adventure novels in scent. That is how ArteOlfatto was born. Today the house has its office in Milan and produces in Italy.
The Signature of the House
ArteOlfatto is small on purpose. Every scent starts with the raw material: agarwood from the forests of Assam for Oud Khasian, Sicilian bergamot with ylang-ylang for Yakamoz. A perfume only leaves the house once it tells the emotion it was made for.
Collections
With us you will find ten scents in 100 ml. Yakamoz is moonlight reflected on water, Paropamiso the clear air of the Pamir mountains. Oud Khasian and Black Hashish seek out darkness and wood, Cuir Sublime and Habano Vanilla the warmth of leather and tobacco, and Brise Marine, Calar del Sole, Primero Marocaine and Vanesya complete the journey.
